not working

i purchased win-spy.. and installed in my pc.and i creat a remote install file and installed same pc for testing. and and in remote viewer it came as online... but i was not sending any mails(screen shots key logger etc) i create another remote file and installed in another pc in my networ.. it shown online and still not sending any mails...i uninstalled and reinstalled the programm,... same.... i formatted my system and installed again.. but it not showing "connected" in Remote login (remote viewer window) and when i am testing the mail...it showing CONNECTING TO SMTP.... THEN WINSOCK ERROR 10060... so pls help me.... ...plz help..
